Make sure that the correct IBAN number has been entered for each bank account.

After these steps, you can forward all your bank statements to the following email address - inbox@bank.paytraq.com. A single email can contain multiple statements and bank accounts can belong to different companies.

Please keep in mind that you should send the email from the registered email address of your PayTraq user.

A bank statement can be either in ISO20022 or Fidavista format.

All transactions will be imported once the statement is received and processed. If auto-reconciliation is turned on, then the automatic processing of transactions will also take place.
